Thanks Robbert,

Worked like a champ.  My only reservation is not understanding the actual
problem and what caused it and what is the fix.  That said, the work-around
was excellent.  Thanks for the input.

Try creating an other loginname and create jheeg as an alias. Perhaps that
will do the job.
