Eric,
I've had the experience with large packages that this can happen if you're
downloading them from a remote website. For anything over a couple megs, I
use lynx to bring them down to the local server web directory then install
them using the local machine's URL. Give that a try.

I'm having trouble getting RaQ2-en-OSUpdate-4.0.pkg to install.
I do have RaQ2-en-Update-OS Release 3.0 installed, along with all the
subsequent pkgs.
When I try to install it, the browser indicates that is installing, but it
ran all night long last night and the server never asked to be rebooted, as
the cobalt site said it would need to be, and as previous pkgs have. When
I
check the list of installed software, it doesn't show up.
