They do its under http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq4.eng.html  all
you have to do is install the patches in reverse order - i.e. bottom of page
working up to top.

No pkg, but you can install it from rpm easily just telnet in su to root
download the rpm to the box and then rpm -i {@name of rpm}

This second bit isn't as simple as it sounds because of the way a RaQ is
setup up and created.
