It's really starting to sound like the problem isn't with the RaQ, but
with getting to the sites on the RaQ.

When you use "virtual" domains names (i.e. share an IP address for
multiple domains), DNS is critical. It sounds like you may have the RaQ
DNS set up properly, but not the computer you are testing from.

Do this:
1. Put a file called test.html in the web root for www.test.com. If you
were using ftp, you would ftp to www.test.com and cd to /web. 

2. put a file called jelly.html in the web root for www.jelly.com

(NOTE: make sure test.html, and jelly.html are different so you can
tell them apart just by looking at the page)

3. go to www.test.com/test.html - what do you see?

4. go to www.jelly.com/jelly.html - what do you see, or what error do
you get?

I'm going to assume the following:
1. Your RaQ is not a recognized name server (i.e. it is not registerd
with any of the TLD managers as a nameserver)
2. You are not transfering the domain information on your RaQ to a
recognized name server.

If both of these statements are true, then the computer you are testing
from MUST use the RaQ as the DNS server, because there is no other way
for the name resolution to occur.
