Going one step further... is the computer you are "viewing" the site
from configured to use the RAQ for DNS? If the names have not yet
propegated, you wont be able to view the site by domain names.

When I am setting up a new site/testing, I always temporarily set my
computer to use the RaQ as the DNS server - at least until the domain
has propegated.

At this point, you really should consider starting over, from the very
beginning. The one thing that is really easy to do with a RaQ is set up
a domain (either virtual or IP hosted). There might be some bugs in the
RaQ software, but this is not one of them. You are probably just
missing a very simple step.

Did you get the RaQ second hand? Perhaps a fresh install from the
restore CD is in order. When basic functionality of a product
(publishing a web site in this case) is not working, its almost always
user error (I've been there enough to know this for sure!), or a
problem with the software install.
