You're in luck. The /etc/named/records file is a Cobalt-specific
"shorthand" file that holds all info to create the pri.* and sec.* files
for your box. FTP that file to another RaQ of the same model (RaQ4 ->
RaQ4 only, RaQ3 -> RaQ3 only; there are SOA record differences between
the 2 models), then go into the Control Panel -> DNS Parameters on the
new server, and click "Save Changes to DNS Server", then click "Save
Changes" on the Control Panel. That should reparse the 'records' file
into the needed zone files and restart BIND for you.
No DNS zone info is stored in the PostgreSQL database; everything is
read from/written to config files (or intermediaries like 'records'), so
this is one area of the server you can safely 'command line admin'
without breaking the UI, etc.
