We're switching over to RedHat ourselves. While the list support *is*
excellent the phone support is horrible.
That and we were pretty pissed off that when we called Sun-Cobalt after
purchasing a RaQ4 (that had the Cobalt warranty) and were told that our
warranty was null & void, pretty much.
IMHO, RaQ4's are great, I do love them a lot - but while they were on
Cobalt. Sun has a lot of catching up to do if they plan to keep their
customers happy. But hey, if they plan to be the next microsoft then they
are already on the right track <wry sarcasm>.
