I took a look at their web site...the KB and forums....and since I
am frustrated by the Cobalt dim-bulb majordomo implimentation, I thought
I'd see what Ensim had to say....precious little.
While the pricing is attractive, and I could choose my own iron, I'm
not willing at this time to be a beta tester to find out that I'm being
painted into a corner.

But, how are those features implimented?
To use majordomo as an example:
Cobalt provides no documentation for majordomo, and sends us to
the majordomo site for documentation...which many have found disagrees
with the majordomo on a RaQ. So, you're sitting there with a server
that doesn't work as advertised, that apparently can't be modified to
work correctly, and customers who want simple, documented and expected
mailing list features. I don't do any of this for fun...I want the
money...and when I loose customers because of this type of problem, I get
very frustrated.
I'm sure others could, and have, provide examples of similar
problems.
I'd be thrilled if Sun cleaned up the RaQ GUI...then, instead of
grumbling or starting another adventure with yet another vendor, we
could get down to being in the hosting business, rather than
second-guessing, working around, fixing or plain giving up on a fairly
simple issue.
