The visitors in NZ may have been hitting a web cache when accessing that
website.  The DNS should be fine as you could ping the site.  Maybe you can
find some information on what really happened from your Apache logs.  I
assume that you don't have ant firewall rules to block customers from NZ. :)

Nah it was only that one site that couldn't be seen, I could understand if
other sites using the same IP couldn't be seen or there wasn't ping traces
and the firewall isn't set to block NZ ISP's. I think you hit the nail on
the head someone had fixed it after I finished telephoning (hee hee).
