[cobalt-users] backup

I want to make a script to backup all webpages, all users and password, and
databases.

Webpages, will be easy I think, justo to zip each domain in /home directory.

Databases, will be backup al files of mysql.

But, users and password, like a comon linux machine are in etc directory,
but what about information
of wich user are of wich domain, and who are administrators, etc....

I want to have a metod that in a crash system, can restart a new cobalt
restarting the files fast....

Any ideas?
