Sounds familiar. There is a 'bug' in older versions of Webalizer. Check 
webalizer.com.

The best solution is that particular one you'll find in the archives 
that suits *your* needs (I don't have a RaQ2; I couldn't tell). Check 
the archives for this month. There have been numerous posts on the 
subject and a couple of decent solutions.

Tell these people to get you some new hardware and to do it *now*.
