	Webmin.com. Version 0.84. I didn't know there was another UI by the
same name. I first tried to create the new user via command line. Someone
else said that you have to create users only in the Raq GUI. I didn't know
that. I made a bad assumption on this one, I guess, but I was creating a
user for a different purpose than usual and getting ready to install
software and I did not bother to open the RAQ GUI.

	My colo just told me that the partitions on the server are missing
(everything went down when the server was rebooted) and that the OS would
have to be reloaded. I have no idea how I could have done this with what I
did, but boy, would I like to know what happened.
