Well your analog process is what is eating all of your memory up. You can
rotate some logs off of the macine, or disable analog all together and use
something more "nice" to your machine like webalizer. Mysql is taking up
quite a bit of cpu time and it also has quite a few processes running. I
don't think that is your immediate concern however.
If it were my server I would think about taking off analog and moving to
something else. You definitely have quite a bit of traffic on this box.
