Hi Everybody!!

I put together this package for our Raq3's and thought others might want
a similar package. It installs, and sets up in advanced TCP / UDP
detection modes, with the route dropping facility activated. It also
emails the server administrator when it detects somebody/blocks them
with their IP address and any ripe/arin records available [whois isn't
on all raq's so mileage will vary]

For those who haven't heard of Portsentry, its an advanced TCP/UDP port
scanner detection utility that will monitor unused ports on your Raq and
if it gets a scan from somebody can block and notify you of the
attempted scan. A very handy little utility. (For more info, go to
