Search the archives.  I've seen this topic discussed a lot here.
Apparently, there is a problem with PHP 4.0.6 on a RaQ3.  The details are

...and please forgive me for this, but if someone says there is a problem
with PHP 4.0.6 and RaQ3's, why would you say there isn't if you haven't even
installed it on a RaQ3.  Since the information on here must be correct to be
useful, why clutter the space with guesses.
Now, I'll be the first person to say that not all my responses are perfect.
In fact, I blew it the other day with the MySQL response, and Nico was good
enough to point it out to me.
If you're going to contradict someone's response, it would be good if you
knew for sure that you were correct.

That being said, maybe you have some new information about PHP 4.0.6 and
RaQ3 that would be beneficial to the list.  If so, please post it.  I know
that a lot of people would be interested.
