Memory prices are now so cheap you can just go directly for 256Mb PC100, the
only real issue with the RAQ is to check the physical size as per the
instructions in the user guide.
Normally I get it from Dane-Elec, last buy price here was £17.50 plus VAT
per 256Mb PC100, that was just last week. It's tending to be a little more
pricey than the PC133 due to the fact more of this is made now.
