Yes, however, this address isn't listed in ordb...hmm You sure this is the
address of the relay? (MX?)
(This ip goes to select.net, it's not one of their MX addresses, tho,
their DNS is screwed up beyond anything i have ever seen ;)
select.net name = 1.137.207.in-addr.arpa
select.net name = 0.0.127.in-addr.arpa

The trick if you really need to do this is to make a fake PTR dns zone,
since sendmail will look to oyour nameserver before forwarding the query
to the blocking list, you can make your server lie and say it's not
blocked...
