Zarrir...
You presume ("as far as i know") they could do it within the two-hour
period. Maybe they could. Maybe they couldn't. What do they mean by
support? What do you mean? Maybe they mean "keep your system working"
and you mean something else like "do anything I want". Understanging
these things at the beginning is important.
The last time we did this for a colocated customer it took about five
hours (and it was NOT as simple as you suggest). And we charged for all
five hours, at our regular hourly rate. (Sorry, I don't remember how
many domains we moved; some were quite complex, including real-server,
mailing-lists, etc.)
Is 100 miles far? Maybe for you it is. For me it isn't.
