If you are using a HUB
Make sure that your PC and the RaQ are on the same network!
for instance 192.168.0.0
The RaQ should have an IP > 0 and < 255
The PC should have an IP > 0 and < 255
And the RaQ and the PC must not have the same IP
Plug the RaQ and the PC into the HUB.
Now set your browser to http://192.168.0.RaQIP
And it should work.

If you are trying to connect them together with a single cat5 cable.
You need a crossover cable!!!
