Have you tried jut to use admin browser interface? Works fine for me on a
RAQ4r.

Just go to the site, then select the user in question and add eric.

Make sure the email server alias is set up too.

having a problem with email aliases on a Raq4 - they don't work at all.  it
doesn't seem to matter whether or not i add the aliases when creating a new
user or adding an alias to an existing user.

looking through the archives there seems to be a past problem with
"virtusertable,"  which i can't find.  an unsupported cobalt document said
it was at /etc/virtusertable but that was for a Raq3 and i can't find it
with find.

do i need to reboot the server?

any help would be greatly appreciated.  thanks!
