What happens?  Error messages?  Output in /var/log/maillog?  sendmail -bv
alias_here to see what the output says.

On the RaQ4 it's at /etc/mail/virtusertable, was at the above location
RaQ1-3.

No reboot necessary.  I hope that helps, but if not then provide more
