We had same problem with AWSTATS
I rebooted the server 2 X and they are working now. This happened after the
kernel update on a Raq3.
Cobalt doesn't have an answer either, I had called tech support and spent
$95.00 to get an answer that it must be fixed but no answer to what they
did. The tech told me the ticket is still open. I would say that they
haven't resolved it. But Barb who is on the list stated she rebooted her box
and it started working. She also had done some other fixes. I waited a few
days to see if it would just work itself out and when it didn't I tried the
reboot method. Had a hammer around in case it needed coaxing:)
