I know it won't help, but for what it's worth, I have installed the update
on 4 RaQ4's and a RaQ3, I had no problems.

I really don't understand why so many of the packages require a reboot,
This is not a windows machine. I can understand kernel updates, but most
others should work by restarting the services involved.

The worst thing you can do is reboot a server, there is always a chance
that it will not come back up properly.
