[cobalt-users] RE: recursion error ...email any ideas?

 Hi,

 I am using a raq4i.

 recently I set-up a client email account with a catchall alias
(@www.domain.com)
 and had all email being forwarded to their private account. Yesterday the
client asked
 that I change the forwarding address to a different email address, which I
did, and now
 all email sent to this account is returning a recursion error......

 what has happened?

 I have tried a number of different ways to sort it out including
 creating another email account as before...still the same
 and removing the domain and rebuilding etc.

 As I have set up many domains on the raq over the last year
 I can assure you that DNS MX record is in and correct.

 Ideas gratefully received
