[cobalt-users] rsync rpm installation [RaQ 3]

Hello:

I am having the hardest time getting the latest rsync-2.4.6-5.src.rpm to
install on my RaQ 3. First rsync install. I have tried the command line and
Webmin, both like the package was empty. I have downloaded a couple of times
and the file is looks right. I downloaded the i386 version on
ftp.cobalt.com. Is that the right file?

I have installed other rpm files today and they go with no problem. If I try
from the command line, it just brings me back to the command prompt and then
I run an rpm query to see 'the package is not installed'. Anybody dealt with
this before with any package file or rsync?
