[cobalt-users] Looking for Support for our RaQ4

Hi,

I've a few problems with our raq4r, and I've asked questions on this list before, to no response.

Is there anyone out there that could help with my raq, anyone offering support services for raq owners? (preferably UK based)

The problems are as follows:

Ever since the last apache update my webalizer webstats are no longer working. Nor are my own analog stats for the different analog installations I have. The reason seems to be that the access log is not being rotated away. It's sitting in /home/log/httpd and contains logs going back to when that apache update was applied. Ideally, I'd like the webalizer logs generated from this so that we don't have any gaps in our webalizer logs. I need someone to suggest or sort out this mess so the logs get rotated out to the proper directories.

RaQ4-All-System-1.0.1-10659 (all): Log Files Update
I have seen this update available, but I am wary of applying it. I had to fix this problem by having the log directory moved, but this patch might cause problems with this. I need someone to take a look at this update and find out if it's going to break my raq or not.

My web server is sending emails to customers on our site as part of our order system. After recent updates, we stopped getting these bounced back to us (which happens when customers enter an invalid email address). So these bounces must be accumulating somewhere. I need someone to take a look where this might be and set it up so we can collect these from a POP account (they used to go to the admin account).

Anyone that can help, please email me direct.

Thanks

Tony
