You're doing fine.

Do you have sites registered on the RaQ for all those IP#s? That's the
only way a RaQ knows about the additional IP#s; if it's hosting sites
for them.

On the traceroute that does work, is the next stop after the last
successful stop on the IP#s that don't work, the IP# that does work? If
so, then the problem is that the RaQ isn't set up to use the IP#s.
If it's not, but instead is another stop on your inhouse network, then
the problem is with routing, probably on your local network.
