Lots of ways. You probablly shouldn't backup the whole RaQ onto one
backup, though; do a logically related directory structure at a time, to
a .tgz file, and then ftp it down to your local system.
However, if there are a lot of files on your RaQ, you might be using a
lot of your RaQ's monthly allotment of data-transit.
