RE: [cobalt-users] [RaQ4] The main web server appears to be down

Strange, I can do a traceroute from there to my machine without problems and
I can do a trace route from there to www.smartbackups.com as well so
everything seems to be ok.

But IE still reports that the server can not be found

that tests *your* net connection...
