To remove the older version of Webalizer manually, run the following commands
while logged in as root making sure to use the CORRECT version #'s:
#rpm -e --nodeps webalizer-1.30.04-1
#rm -f /var/lib/cobalt/webalizer-1.30.04-1.md5lst
#rm -f /var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/webalizer-1.0.uninst #rm
/etc/cron.daily/webalizer.pl

Not to sure what you mean by this. I believe as of 4:00 am, 9/13 webalizer
has probably already done it's job. You should find a stats directory in all
sites hosted. Goto http://www.oneofyourhostedsites.com/stats and using the
associated siteadmin User Name and ID, you will see what webalizer does. Read
the /etc/webalizer.conf for more information about webalizer and
configurations...
