I couldn't care any less about your soliciting business on the list,
but the statement that "some of the help he's gotten has been
significantly less than helpful" does trouble as I was one of the
only people that offered help - which I must also point out, was
qualified by the statement that I have never done this with that
many users. Your opinion may very but I personally don't believe
that my pointing him towards some possible solutions, while
providing him with a search term with which many more solutions can
be found, and which would at least give him a hint of the different
ways of doing this, while also supplying enough hints for him to
find two seasoned and well-respected consultants both of whom I know
to be quite capable of assisting him is "significantly less than
helpful".
