[cobalt-users] proftpd timeout on user password

Hi,

I am a new user of a RaQ3 at UK2.net. I am trying to upload files to a user
account (user is site administrator) - but I am unable to log on to the ftp
server - it just times-out during the process of sending/acknowledging the
password. I have the same problem with all users who are administrators.
Here is a transcript from Interarchy:

220 ProFTPD 1.2.2rc1 Server (ProFTPD) [213.239.59.24]

It seems to work ok from my computer at home - but not from my
computer at work. I have no problem connecting with my admin
name and password on either machine.

In summary:
I can upload files via ftp as the RaQ administer, I can upload files
via ftp as a user who is not a site administrator - but I can't
upload files upload files as a user who has been designated as
the administrator for a site.

Any help would be appreciated.
