The localhost reverse zone may or may not be created; it would depend if
it's static or if it's got a line in records. I'm not sure and I'm not
going to take the time to look since anyone can do that for themselves.
However, per the db.cache file? No, that will NOT be created. Actually
we're not supposed to leave it forever. Read the DNS books; we're
supposed to download a new one every once in a while. I do it once year
or so, but changes don't occur that often.
