Your upstream provider as in the ISP you use to connect to the Internet to
see your site? It could be them have your old DNS cached. I had lots of
problems with @Home on that issue taking a week for a moved domain to show
up. I never saw one switch back though. If you're seeing your old site, your
old host needs to remove your DNS info.
