[cobalt-users] [raq3] Changes won't propagate

TTL is still the default (1 day)
I contacted the old ISP of the domain and got them to delete the domain
>from their nameserver(s) and give me the serial number last used.  Im
using a higher one with no luck still.

I've tried incrimenting the serial manually.  I did that early yesterday
and my upstream provider still shows www. as having the old IP.

So my upstream provider must be the problem.  Everything checks out on
my end and I've done everything I can to get it to update.  I guess I'll
contact them now and see what's up.

The odd thing is that it worked for the first week or so then just
started pointing back to the old IP.
