[cobalt-users] [Security] Time limit on user's password

I have earlier worked on systems where users have to regularly change their
password (say, with a few months intervals), or else their user accounts
will be disabled. I assume there is no such tool ready-made for the cobalt,
but thought a similar tool would be a nice addition to exisiting security
measures.

The most basic script I see would simply email users who have not changed
their passwords in X days, prompting them to do so asap. Does anyone know a
way to retrieve this info?
