OR, if it fails to recognise either the reboot or shutdown commands
(very unlikely! unless its really screwed), then do:
su
(enter root password)
init 6

(init 6 sends the system into runlevel 6 which is reboot)

Did you do an Alt+Ctrl+Del? :)  You should login as admin when you
telnet
into the box.  Then su and enter the root password.  Then use the reboot
command.
