The server seems to hold its time until reboot.  I should have taken 
note of the shift.  I will take better notes the next time it occurs.

I would love to sync with ANY time server, but I can't get that to 
work either.   Does anyone have an east coast time server that works. 
All I get is 'Can't Connect" messages for all that I have tried.
