Got to the cobalt download page
The packages listed get installed from the bottom up
Look at what you have installed
Start at the package listed on the web page that is immediately above the
most current on you have.

/home/packages
The packagemanagement is You and the GUI...you're the one that has to be
smart enough to manage it...but, you can....If I can do it, anyone can do
it.
