As far as I know you need to create a "Self-Signed". Just fill in the info
then select "Generate Self-Signed...". Next step is to cut-n-paste the info
that is returned (Begin Certificate...). Then go to Thawte's site and
follow their directions, which are pretty clear that you need to generate a
self-signed certificate on your server for the domain in question and to
then paste it into the space provided to proceed.
