Yeah, she is making the page offline (without fp server extensions)
Frontpage is not smart enough to realize this, so it gives you an error that
basically says "this form won't work untill you publish it to a webserver
that has fp extensions on it". Just press no and move on.

Subject: [cobalt-users] FrontPage Form upload problem
Hello Fellow Cobalt Administrators,
I have searched the archive but can not find an answer for this
FrontPage problem. One of my customers is trying to put a form on
her site that will mail the results back to her. When she tries to
upload the page to the server, the server returns the following
error:
This form is being created on a Disk-Based Web or the FrontPage Server
Extensions have not been configured to send email. Please direct your
system administrator to the instructions on "Setting up E-mail Options
on Windows" or "Setting Up E-Mail Options on UNIX" in the servers
extensions resource kit, you can find it
at http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/wpp/serk
Anyone got any idea what the problem might be and how to go about
fixing it?

Best regards,
Terry mailto:cobalt11@xxxxxxxxxxx
