Brad,
This is via watching TOP run from the time I reboot. The load 
increases from 0.00 up to 20.00 in a matter of a few days.
Speaking of the devil, I just hit 20.00 and sendmail stopped working
and I was forced to reboot.

Right away, all the RAM is used? I never have this trouble on any of my other
raq3 or raq4s.

  3:32pm  up 8 min,  1 user,  load average: 0.97, 1.06, 0.53                                                                                                                       40 processes: 37 sleeping, 3 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU states: 30.3% user,  2.1% system,  0.0% nice, 67.5% idle
Mem:  516892K av, 512448K used,   4444K free, 128212K shrd, 424812K buff
Swap: 131536K av,   2824K used, 128712K free                 18388K cached

Any suggestions appriciated from here!
