Hi All;
Thanks for all who responded to my pleas of help
I got into the NOC today and used the council
via the serial port and got into the Qube 3 to fix it...
Well at least I did not need to do a re-format and re-install
of the Qube 3 OS....
I am sorry to say none of the packages tried would re-write
the hosts.allow and hosts.deny file...
Maybe in the future a secure way to fix a big
lock out will be introduced a secure web base
addition to the GUI on the Cobalt servers... to do some
edits of some files.... especially on a telnet/ftp/ssh lockout.
Again thanks to all who responded to my pleas...
PS: You should see the Attack Cat at the NOC!!!
But never mind the cat!! Watch the Owner!
