this is a cosmetic error. deactivate the cmu-mailspool-fix-option.
It's for CMU 2.22 only. Or upgrade to CMU 2.22 :-)

hmmm...
Try to replace --all-databases in the script with -A and inform me if
this works on your server. If not - what version of mysqldump do you
use?
/usr/bin/mysqldump -V

The mysql-dump won't be intact I think. Users email should be intact.
