What I did on my Q2 was to just add another (A) record to the DNS server
pointing to the interface's IP on the WAN side (in my case ns1.domain.com on
eth1).
Then I added the this address and its IP to the domain's NS list at my
registrar.
FYI it takes about 24 to 72 hours for the new server to propagate the net so
don't be concerned if you can't access the Q2 from the outside world for a
few days.
