RE: [cobalt-users] ASP 3.6.0 + Apache Update FIX HERE!

Jason,

There's a few more steps you missed and it's part of our template that
you will receive if you sent email to ChiliSoft support
(chili.support@xxxxxxx)

Please refrain from doing this as all this does is spread incomplete
information. I understand that you are trying to help and be the hero
but this does more damage in the long run.

Not everyone is at the same technical level (or are as informed) so they
are not aware of other possible conflicting scenarios.

Ok, rant off.

The other steps include:

If you edited your httpd.conf and srm.conf to disable ASP temporarily,
change it back to the original settings.

Specifically in httpd.conf

LoadModule casp2_module /usr/lib/apache/mod_casp2.so

in srm.conf

CaspLib /home/chiliasp/asp-apache-3000

If you have not modified these files, leave them alone.

If you are installing Chilisoft 3.6, install in the following order:
1. Update RaQ4 to latest specs including Apache 1.3.20
2. Install Chilisoft 3.6 (and SpicePack 1.1)
3. Install ASP-Apache-Update
