I have the patch for the ASP 3.6.0 and the apache update, I have posted it
to my site at:

Got it from Chilisoft, it is in package format and works - installed on my
400+ Raq4 / RaQ4R with out hitch as follows:
Install Apache Update and reboot
Install this package
Done and Works!
