I know, bad form replying to my own post, but wanted to point out that
replies I've gotten indicate it's NOT necessary to have a mailertable
entry; that the way MX works (and as defined in the "bat" book) is to
keep trying hosts with MX records with LOWER costs, so an MX record (and
not a mailertable entry) should be all we need.
