I finally got someone last night and I think the problem is resolved. I
agree that it is not cobaltracks.com fault, other than the long time it took
to (hopefully) get the problem solved. As a newbie, maybe I should just stay
with a virtual hosting company. But, RAQs are marketed as something anyone
can use (and this appears to be fairly accurate, as long as nothing really
wierd happens). I was going nuts trying to figure out if I was being an
idiot and just didn't know what I was doing or if it was something beyond my
control. I am not a geek, but I am capable of learning and have some
knowledge of server management.
Sorry for bogging down the list with these DNS problems. I know now that
this is really not a Raq issue.
