That's interesting. When I called the FBI and CIA, both agents answering the
telephone were named "agent Johnson", neither of them mentioned contacting
the
Secret Service. I'll have to give them a call.

I've traced a couple of thief's back to an Canadian ISP, which was just
another
IP address redirection using anonymous web surfing from sites

like:
http://www.cyberarmy.com/portal/
http://www.anonymizer.com/

I'm still looking for Raq4 software that monitors
IP address redirection using anonymous web surfing.
